Instructions on How to Create a User Account

• Step 1 : Go to https://endoflifepro.org/register/
• Step 2 : On the registration page, Please provide your Name, Username, Password and Email Address. Note that the USERNAME should contain at least 4 characters and your PASSWORD can be a combination of  alpha-numeric characters.
• Step 3 : Then click on the “Complete Sign Up” button.
  
• Step 4 : Activate your account via the link sent to your email address.
• Step 5 : On your next Sign In, Go to https://endoflifepro.org and use the email address and password you have provided during sign up.
